FFT Daily Log ("the System") is an internal operations application built and operated by FFT Asia ("we", "us", "our") for use exclusively by our own authorized employees and representatives. By logging into or using the System, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The System is provided solely to support FFT Asia's internal business operations: daily work logging, sales inquiry tracking, invoicing, job/project tracking, and delivery/service request scheduling. It is not a public product, and is not offered for use by members of the public, customers, or any organization other than FFT Asia.
Staff agree to use the System only for legitimate FFT Asia business purposes, to enter accurate information to the best of their knowledge, and not to attempt to access data or features outside their granted permission level.
Staff who record a customer's or business contact's personal information (e.g. name, phone number, address) in the System do so as part of normal order/service record-keeping for interactions the customer has already initiated with FFT Asia (e.g. a phone inquiry or a scheduled delivery). Handling of this information is further described in our Privacy Policy.
The System is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to keep it accessible and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and may take it offline for maintenance, updates, or repairs without prior notice.
The System is provided as an internal tool without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond FFT Asia's own internal use.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the System evolves. Continued use of the System after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
